This activity covers the project’s management, communication and business model tasks.
The project coordination will develop management processes and implement them for an efficient and successful project execution.
Communication and dissemination activities are being carried out throughout the project duration to ensure a broad impact of the results achieved during the project as well as to give visibility of EU funding.
Finally, 7 business models will be developed to analyse the replicability and enable the implementation of these type of activities in other EU ports. Moreover, they will help determine which are the necessary factors required to be able to replicate the circular economy activities in other ports.
